Forestry Head with Fixed Teeth

Energreen FORESTRY HEAD is a professional equipment of compact size and high performance, developed and designed to be applied to all models of arm regarding self-propelled Energreen ILF range. This head has been developed for tree shredding, brushes, wooden shoots up to a maximum diameter of 7,87 inch. It has a welded mainframe with double layer of high strength cold forming Weldox 700® steel, this extraordinary steel reduces the equipment weight, thus ensuring the stability of the machine even at maximum working distance with a telescopic arm. Forestry Head is equipped with 31,14 inch wide side slides made of Hardox 400® antiwear steel and a 16,53 inch wide powerful rotor with 32 tools (two types of tools can be supplied: carbide tip or tempered steel knife). An interchangeable counterblade is mounted on the back side of the forestry head, it has a working width of 39,37 or 47,24 inch, is equipped with hydraulic flap that allows the entrance of the vegetation and the wood, this allows the operator to adjust the shredding quality. The hydraulic drive, trough high pressure hydraulic piston motor and toothed transmission belt, assures improved operation adapting to the wood shredding. The maximum pressure hydraulic valves assure constant working safety, and protect the hydraulic circuit from shocks or accidental impacts.
